In 2023, Fairmont Beijing in Reignwood Center became the residence of the Hong Kong and Macau members of the National Committee of the CPPCC for the sixth consecutive year. During the National People's Congress and CPPCC sessions, the 206 employees of the Fairmont Beijing worked tirelessly at the front line with a high level of enthusiasm and a serious and responsible attitude. They won recognition and praise from the CPPCC, the Congress Secretariat and the committee members with their high-quality service, meticulous management, and rigorous security measures, and successfully completed the reception and security tasks for the "Two Sessions".

To better serve the "Two Sessions", Reignwood Fairmont Beijing has optimized its catering configuration, improved its room service and facilities so as to provide higher standards of services to delegates. During the service period, the front desk of Fairmont Beijing introduced a 24-hour rotating shift system for the switchboard and a series of reminders for delegates boarding their vehicles, providing one-stop guarantee for delegates staying at the hotel.

In terms of accommodation, the hotel's housekeeping department prepared rooms for the delegates in advance, and checked the room locks, safes, gas masks and room facilities one by one in terms of safety. In terms of hygiene, they disinfected, washed and dried the bedclothes, cotton fabrics, curtains and carpets.

In terms of catering, the Eight Delight Restaurant is open for buffet dining to provide a variety of meals for delegates, and Executive Chef Jeffrey adjusts the menu daily to meet the diverse needs of the guests based on their feedback. The hotel has also opened its gym and spa center to provide a relaxing retreat for delegates after a busy day attending meetings.

On the 8th March, the International Women's Day, the hotel prepared red roses and special cakes for each delegate and working staff, sending their sincere wishes on this special day.
